Printer Doesn’t Work on Windows 10 Even When Driver Is Installed

My Canon LBP 6030 printer wasn’t working on Windows 10. I tried everything. Nothing worked until I saw a pop-up on Windows saying my printer might not work properly if I didn’t allow running background apps.
That was it!
You need to allow your printer to run as a background app on Windows 10. Otherwise you can’t print.
Windows 10 installed Canon LBP 6030 Driver automatically alright. But as I turned off running the background apps on Windows 10 altogether, the printer wasn’t printing.
To solve this issue, I allowed running background apps from the Windows 10 Settings, but customized it only to allow the printer and turned off everything else.
